  • I actually work in the hair and nail shop in the same shopping center and the entire shop visit this location daily. I went to the drive thru this morning and ordered A Venti White chocolate mocha ,customer service at the window was great , then I get to the shop to see that it's half empty. I walk back to to Starbucks to show them what was given to me, I believe it was the manager Asian decent bald guy was not nice at all in fact he questioned me as if I was lying with no apology he walks off(like I went around the corner and took a big gulp out of this hot coffee and brought it back like look) his employee had to actually step in and help me which he was awesome. The manager however showed very poor customer service and should be reevaluated..very upset about how I was treated by that manager
