  • We were the first patient in the door at 8am and told the provider wasn't in yet. Did not get called back until 8:50, sounds like a recurring theme. No wonder they are always so backed up later in the day, they may open the door at 8, but don't start seeing patients until 9, at which point there were already 5 people waiting.
