  • I have used Angies List in the past to find reputable contractos for work that I needed done. One of the reasons that I pay for the subscription is because typically the customer service I have recieved was excellent, even if I was vague in what I needed done. I called the office originally intending to set up for an estimate to swap out solid doors for glass ones, on a storefront. The receptionist that answered was very polite, and asked to what I needed then transfered me to someone that coudl assist me further. When I described to him what I was trying to do he pretty much did everything but called since I wasnt a door expert. He then threw a ton of technical terms at me expecting me to know what he was talking about, and was pretty much on the verge of yelling at me thru the phone. for not being well versed in the door installation world. Needless to say that I would never do business with someone that talked to me the way he did. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
