After changing my reservation time several times because if a previous engagement, we finally arrived, famished. The host was most hospitable explaining how the specials were cooked. I was so cold considering i walked through a snow sleet shower in the middle May, that I ordered coffee first. The onion soup was the best onion soup I've had!! My pasta entree with veggies was delicious. The salmon was perfect. We lingered and wasn't rushed. The fireplace table was the perfect place to warm out. Definitely a perfect lunch. Our bread plate was constantly filled with bread as soon as each slice was eaten. A definite recommend.
