  • Hidden in the shell building downstairs Artigiano is a hipster style cafe. It is a bit of a chain with a location in Vancouver and another one in Calgary on 6th avenue. I tried the hot chocolate but it was more foam than cocoa. And the espresso macchiato... Maybe I don't know espresso but it was too burnt to be enjoyed. I was very awake after but I wasn't blown away by the purity of its flavour.... Eh. Had better. And I expect more from these cafes. They should be better than the big chains like Starbucks or second cup... Sip slowly my friends. It's all about the after taste!
