  • Thieves The rental started off good, got our car and had it for 3 days with no problems. The problem started when we returned the car. We accidentally left a wallet in the glove box and didn't realize it until we were at the airport. We attempted to call for over an hour and the phone rang with no answer, we wanted to ask if anything could be done other than missing our flight to go get it. They did not answer so we left and went back. They had found the wallet already and the car was gone, so they didn't clean it well. When asked about it, they replied with sorry the car is gone, not let me see if it had been found. We asked them again and they said they would look. They had the wallet minus the $201 that was in there. I'm sure they were hoping we wouldn't return for it. Dishonest thieves. Other than that it was ok, the 1 star is for being thieves.
