  • Dr. Letelier and his staff are exceptional. They are very thoughtful every step of the way. I did not want to be put under general anasthesia, and even though it's recommended that you do for my surgery, he took my wishes into consideration and agreed to use local anasthesia only. He was very thorough in making sure I was totally numb before starting the extraction. I never felt any pain, but I did feel pressure, and he and his assistant talked me through it and it was over in no time. I actually laughed when it was over, because it ended up being a quick extraction and I had had so much anxiety over anasthesia. He has a very warm personality and his whole staff are very welcoming and nurturing. He called me a couple of hours after the procedure to check in on my recovery, which was thoughtful. I would say this is probably the best dental or medical procedure I've ever had, and I was really dreading it. 5 stars for Dr. Letelier and The Center for Oral Surgery of Las Vegas.
