  • Finally a good Chinese restaurant in Charlotte! Baoding was a breath of fresh air compared to the crapt restaurants that we've been used to. The food was fresh, homemade and full of flavor. The service was amazing...I was asked if I needed a refill at least 4 times even though I didn't need it! We started with the crag Rangoon and wonton soup, then had the pork dumplings, hunan shrimp and garlic chicken. The garlic chicken stole the show, packed full of flavor. The hunan shrimp was very good and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The garlic chicken was even better, packed full of flavor, and very tender. I was overall very happy to find a Chinese restaurant that I enjoyed eating at here in Southpark.
