  • I have not been in this place since it was known as the "Brew Pub"....now they no longer brew and it is called "the Pub"....I walk in late on a Thursday after checking into my room and was supposed to meet an old lady friend here before going out......I walk in and sit down and chat up the bartender who tells me it's buy one get one pint free of anything they have on tap.....now they have 70 plus beers from all over the world on tap and I am thinking..........holy crap I am back in Milwaukee with drink specials like this......I started out with Fosters, moved to Sapporo when my date arrived, then switched to a local favorite in Milwaukee Leinenkugel and by this time needed to order some appetizers (calamari and shrimp/crab egg rolls).....by this time the major buzz was on and my date was looking better and better...........time to go. obtw, the service excellent, the prices excellent, the atmosphere on a Thursday not too bad and the choices are outstanding.......had only my date ended up rating 4 stars it would have been a perfect first night to Vegas...........
