  • Shows little respect for paddlers which are not customers. At a National Recreation area we all get the same access. This company tries to control the launch and retrieval area at Willow Beach inferring they've "rented" the place. They haven't. Just ask any Park Ranger. If this company shuts the gate to keep you out, just open it and launch/retrieve as we all are allowed. This company does not employ responsible citizens.
