This corporate office recently changed this pharmacy from 24 hours to 12 hours. There was no notice given to customers (in fact there is not a single sign at the pharmacy informing customers of the change). The pharmacy systems are extremely poor as orders that were called in are often "lost", notifications that should be sent out never arrive and nothing is ever ready at the specified time. Calls to Dr offices to renew prescriptions are never made despite a computer system that states they will. The pharmacists seem overworked and the change in hours has only exacerbated the problem. The issues at this CVS seem to be a function of poor technology and bad decisions at the corporate office (rather then issues with the people operating the store) and thus seems unlikely to improve anytime soon.
The front of the store is good and the people are helpful.
If anyone at the corporate office in RI is listening your poor decisions and underinvestment have done significant harm to this store and my perception of your brand. The good news is there is always a Walgreens only a few blocks away.
