  • Went to Take 5 around 6pm on a Tuesday. Two cars in front of me, took them 25-30 minutes to START on my car. One of the two cars in front of me was probably half done by the time I got there. No sense of urgency, no apology for the wait, one of the employees was sick(the customer facing employee - i.e. the one I wouldn't want to be sick. You would think when you have people waiting(there was also at least one person behind me) you'd have a sense of urgency but not here - they were all extremely lackadaisical. I've never waited this long for an oil change, let alone one advertised as "The Fastest Oil Change on the Planet." Even if I take out the wait time, the oil change itself took roughly 25-30 minutes. Sorry, that's not "the fastest oil change on the planet." It's not even the fastest within a 5 mile radius.
