  • I don't usually love ramen. But kinton's so far is the best I've had in the city. -Noodles are cooked just right -Broth is flavorful but not salty -The egg could be a bit more runny, but still was ok -Pork is tender I also order a rice dish. That is nothing special. I would skip this unless you really want rice. The shrimp in their ebi mayo was a bit smaller than some other places. I hope they do well in this location. Uptown is missing a good ramen place.
