  • I left a good review the first day and the next day....we had some indifferences. I got laser treatment the day before and have to put aquaphor on my face. Before my appointment I washed my face and put it above my brows and surrounding my cheekbones....now the next day after not getting them wet for 24 hours and her cleaning them....I started inspecting my lashes closely and the ends are so far out they are flipping and look like they need a fill and be replaced. I told this girl from the start my eyes are watering and she ignored it and said it was fine....untill it got really bad about half way through...even said herself oh no and kept trying to fan it dry when it was already too late! She saw it was making my lashes not stick and even said it....but because I signed the waiver she wants to blame my aquaphor but why only the outside an d inner parts where my eyes water are the lashes about over 1cm falling off my real lashes....not to mention when I brush my lashes more than half of my lashes weren't even filled!!!!! she charged me for mega volume when I didn't ask for it and tells me after she starts working on me.....then when I read the appointment book where I booked for 3 hours she finished in 2 to go hang out with her bf....let's be real....and when I tell her about my lashes the next day that they need to be filled and are falling tries to charge me an other 75 on top of 155 from the day before.....I've been getting my lashes done for years and I even do them myself...I didn't say anything but this is why....I don't like the way she handled the situation at all and don't think she was honest about it and didn't want to admit to her mistake when my eyes were watering the whole time....after I told her at the beginning, but just let her do her thing, she freaked out in the middle and that's when I knew........even if it was my aquaphor that doesn't explain all my lashes that's siting without extensions that can clearly be seen brushing the top of my lashes and the bottom up....the ends there's bunches of them. now I wasted 155$ on the worst lash job I have ever received in my life! If my phone wasn't so blurry asf I would be able to take pictures but I'm going to try again. I'm traveling and she knows that so idk if that's why she was trying me and not worried about seeing me again but as a business owner myself I would never treat a customer that way and would own up to my mistakes when I make them instead of blaming the customer which still doesn't explain why half my lashes have no extensions on them. Overall she was nice friendly and cool. But I just don't agree with her business practices especially when ur client can hear you say "oh shit!" While Ur working on them. Will update with whatever lash artist I have to work with after this and post what she has to say about my lashes.
