I have been a client of SW Eye Institute for many years. The past 3 or so years I have had nothing but problems with their billing department. Through my insurance, my yearly eye exam is free. The past 3 years or more the person that puts in the exam billing code(s) has put in the wrong code(s). Again, this year, when I received my bill there was no insurance payment. I called SW Eye's out of state billing collection department who advised me SW Eye in Vegas put in the wrong code(s). They said they would resubmitted the bill. Let me cut to the quick and say after 9 months of calling SW Eye's out of state billing department they have yet to correct the problem. I have even spoken with a supervisor who said it would be taken care of and someone would call me back. Well, that never happened. They only refer me back to SW EYE in LV. When I call SW Eye in LV I receive a voice mail. After leaving 7 messages with no callbacks, I am tired of the BS with SW and will look elsewhere for my eye exams. I DO NOT recommend this company.
