The trainers/coaches are the reason I have been a member of OTF for 3 years. The workouts seem so simple at first, but the coaches explain the scientific purpose of each exercise and what muscle groups are being worked. Having that specific detail helps focus our energy and intensity. After the workout is over, all the staff is willing to answer questions, give advice, or just give you a high five as you leave the studio. And I have found that OTF Gilbert excels in all of these aspects, even more than other studios I've visited.
