  • this was the worst experience that i have ever encountered at a ross, i have shopped at many ross stores, but this one is by far the worst. it w as well cleaned but the staff there are so horribly rude, the indian chick that was in the fitting rooms about 10:30 am on 11/24/2017 was so nice but the cashier... brittney, she had a high bun and her hair looked like a red head, omg i can not tell you how rude she was. she scanned my things and just threw it all in one bag. im so sorry that people like her work for a great corporation. i hope tjey take care of that and remove her from the payroll, as she seems to hate her job. as a manager in my previous career, i would not tolerate that, and she would not be apart of the company after that.
