We ate here at 652pm 3-29-2018, it 24 minutes for us to get our food, in the mean time two things were entered wrong so I HB ad to get a refund for 1 item, I accepted the fact that the other was entered as a 6pc chic nuggets instead of 4pc, then we started to eat and half the bun of a qtr pounder was Rick hard and my cheese burger was made with the wrong ingredients so I took that back and manager said shes make a new one right away, so I sat down to eat my other one then the young girl at the counter comes over and says what did u want on your qtr lb'r I said it was a cheese burger then the manager comes over and says I'm gonna refund your entire order what was your order number and I gave it to her and again she sends a young girl to give me my change because I'm assuming because she knew it was wrong too, yes the refund was wrong. My order was like 21 dollars and she gives me 14 and change, I just left was not worth the hassle at that point, all the manager wanted to do was blow me off like dust on the back of a TV. As a manager of a box store I know what Customer Service is and she has burn out and needs to be replaced, as I see that store now has a 1 star rating, I would have given her a zero but it would not let me.
