  • SMILE CITY HENDERSON is a office referred by the Culinary Union. I set my appointment and patiently waited considering my wisdom teeth are coming in. I already had new X-RAYS (7 days old) that the girl I set the appointment up with said we could use... QUINN "MISS KNOW IT ALL" Said NO! We have to take new ones!!! ( dental plan said my x-rays were good) When I got to the appointment and started filling out paperwork I had many questions in regards to how long it would take considering my pain! QUINN "MISS KNOW IT ALL" chimed in telling me that after my appointment today the referral would take 4 weeks, irritated I called my dental plan. After speaking with my dental plan (who were very helpful & pleasant) I found out that on their side it takes a max of two weeks however that is if the doctors Office sends in paperwork right away. I walked back in to the office to find out if maybe there was some confusion. QUINN "MISS KNOW IT ALL" still being rude said she does her side of the paperwork and sends it off that it takes 4 weeks. I told her I was on the phone with my dental plan and they said two weeks AT MAX as long as they send in the paperwork right away. After filling out all of my paperwork, QUINN "MISS KNOW IT ALL" was so rude, snotty, and very unhelpful I walked out canceling my appointment that I waited for 1 week!!! I DO NOT want recommend this office, and I DO recommend QUINN "MISS KNOW IT ALL" finds a new career!
