  • I go to this Starbucks almost every day. The people here are absolutely amazing. They all know me by name and, though always busy, take the time to say hello with a genuine (not robotic) greeting. The manager is always in a great mood and it shows in the people working there. I have a pretty difficult drink, and they don't always get it right, but when they get it wrong they always fix it with a smile. I've seen a few managers come in and out of this location, and whatever the current one is doing has been exemplary. As a retail manager, I know good customer service when I see it, and this Starbucks goes above and beyond expectations. Well done guys!
