  • I just got fed up with Hobby Lobby today. They are so clueless when it comes to customer service, about ten employees at the front of the store having a huddle while one check stand open with a long line of customers waiting. They finished and ran back and didn't bother to open more check stands to take care of customers. Not one made eye contact, not even the manager.
