  • My ac unit started making loud noises and rattled the house. I set up an appt online through our home warranty and was assigned to Old West Builders. I looked them up to see what to expect. I was very nervous after reading reviews. I set up the warranty on Friday afternoon, got an email on Sunday that they would be here on Monday. They needed to order a part and I thought oh this is where I will get the run around. Nope. They came with the part in hand on Tuesday and it is now cooling the house again. They did a great job.
