Wow, talk about a fast resolution. Not only did the owner, Jason, reach out to me immediately-- he even sat down with me to discuss what happened. He wanted to make sure he had all the facts so that he make this a learning experience for his team, and it really came down to the computer defaulting to my home address. Jason was personable, apologetic, and personally, seeing a business go to the length of sitting down with a customer to ensure the incident doesn't repeat itself is remarkable.
Jason also told me it was even more upsetting that this happened to a non-profit, and told me some heartwarming stories of families his company has helped. Jason definitely earned my business back!
