  • Came here and asked for dip powder for my nails. Dip powder is a newer product and is used for real nails (it is NOT the same as getting regular acrylic nails and is NOT the same as gel) please google if you aren't sure the difference. Anyway I had been growing out my nails for months so dip powder makes them stronger and they look like false nails. I walked in and asked the lady for dip powder. She said okay it will be $45 for soak off and a reset. The nail tech removed my old dip powder and started shaping my nails and everything to get them ready. He then proceeded to put acrylic powder on my real nails. A BIG NO NO. I immediately stopped him and told him Annie is the one who usually does my dip powder and this is NOT what she uses. Then the original lady who told me they had dip powder gets upset and tells me Annie was not there and that they cannot find the dip powder and that I should just use this one. I told them acrylic powder will weaken my nails in the long run and they will break! I was not adding fake nails on! She assured me they would not break. Since my nails were already shaped and prepped I really had no choice but to go for the acrylic powder. At the end they had the nerve to still charge me $45 even tho I did not get any dip powder! I told her absolutely not and that she lied to me. She then charged me $40 instead. Still ridiculous. Low and behold my whole half of my nail broke off a week later ! Bleeding everywhere. I will never be back and I do not recommend this place ! BEWARE !
