  • The staff members are extremely helpful and nice here at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. Jay Hong at the frontdesk was outstanding and made sure our stay was the best Hyatt can offer. He was genuine in wanting to help and told us to let him know how he can help to make the stay even more comfortable. he was very professional and courteous. In addition to all that, he also chatted with us to give us some suggestions on what to do in Toronto. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff made sure the room was fully stocked with supplies. There is a private parking lot that is right downstairs of Hyatt for $32 CAD, which gives you in and out privileges. It's very useful to have especially if you're staying here, parking on the streets is very difficult. Hyatt Regency Toronto will definitely be my hotel of choice since all the staff here were very nice, especially Jay Hong. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in Toronto.
