  • I am so livid right now! I wish there was a to give them NEGATIVE stars! I made an appointment and I showed up and she tells me that it was for the next day! Ummmm no ma'am I am very particular about writing everything down and I know when my appointment was! I had set it specifically because of my days off! I live a good 45 minutes away from this dump and all to be turned away! The staff wasn't even friendly when we walked in, filthy place so in a sense I'm glad my kids weren't seen! Seriously you guys need to get it together! Three of you sitting pretty at the front desk and all three of you were useless!
