  • Once again the same woman has an issue. At the Arrowhead Center Starbucks, a manager is training a barista but as I walk up the manager is in conversations with other baristas, arms crossed, finishes her story, and then asks what I would like. I order the same thing every time at every starbucks and no one has an issue with what I order. I order a venti green tea latte, shaken in the shaker, and sweetened. No one has ever said to me that we are not suppose to shake it in a shaker because they have to sanitize the shaker. You should be sanitizing/washing everything, it's a restaurant "honey", that's the name she called me, disrespectful! If it's not shaken, they barely shake it in the cup and it leaves a lot of matcha clumps. I don't understand why this woman is always so grumpy, I will get her name, but I do want to say that the 1 star rating is hers and no one else that works at this location.
