  • Service was good, starting from the check in to the concierge service. Though they wouldn't help to make a restaurant reservation and told me they will transfer me then they charged me $1 for that!!! No jogging map, no turn down service. Very run down Hyatt Regency. Some of the furnitures are chipped and my sink was draining super slowly. Gym has a nice view but 2 of the treadmills are not working. Management really need to make improvements!
