  • She made it seem like she had a staff of people, which she didn't and then she did nothing for us for almost 30 days of signing the agreement and paying the deposit. We canceled her and she would not consider any type of refund or compensation back to us given venues were selling out for our wedding date. Having a non-refundable option, especially within a window of 30 days has to tell you something about the person. Our recommendation is pay by a credit card that you know will get you your refund when she lets you down.
