The only good thing about these guys is the price and initial contact. I was pleased with the person who came by and quoted a new system. They came the next day and installed the new system. They broke a door during the install, acknowledged the mistake and told me someone would contact me the next day to get it resolved. No one called. I contacted them 3 times trying to get it resolved. Each time I was promised a call back but never received one. Tired of looking at a broken door I decided to replace it myself. I purchased the new door, painted it and installed it. I called these guys back and asked to be reimbursed for the $194 door coast (no labor). It took another 2 calls for them to finally agree. I then noticed they had not put in a filter with the new unit. They agreed to come by with a check and a filter the next day. The check was $2 short. I should have forced them to purchase and install the door. Maybe I would have had better results. Seems to me if I was saving them money, they would at least take care of the problem in a fast and fair manner. It has been ~ 2 weeks since I had the system installed and I have had to change the batteries in my thermostat 4 times (prior to the new system it was about every 10 months). It is connected to my alarm system so I first contacted the alarm company. Turns out the new AC system is not wired correctly and this is causing the battery issue. Called Orangutan back and was told they would send someone out between 10 and 1 PM. No one showed up, so I called again and was told they are coming but it would be between 1 and 3. New system, 7 phone calls and it still is not functioning properly.
