The service department is by far the worst dealership service department I have ever had to deal with. Jason Fuhs was my advisor. He was very condescending, did not return phone calls, did not offer any transportation options the first two days my car was in the shop, due to "we have to find out if the issue is covered by the warranty". This is after I was lied to by the sales department when I bought the car. I will NEVER buy another KIA again. I wish I would have checked the YELP reviews for Camelback KIA before I wasted 30K on this car. EDIT: I love how "Mary S." responded to this review by saying the GM would like to address my concerns if I would call them. Seems to me if they actually cared they would call me. Oh wait...they do-EVERY DAY- trying to sell me a new car. Even though I've asked to be taken off their call list. Awful.
