  • Today was my first time that I went out of my way to try this place out in hopes that I would have a good experience, the overall outside cleanliness of my car was decent however, I paid $45 to have my interior cleaned which is what I most wanted to have done ,only to be extremely disappointed I went home and spent another half hour literally cleaning crumbs out of the seats,There were all kinds of crumbs on the floor boards so if they were even vacuumed out all ,it was very quickly done .there were marks on interior seats and doors, the steering wheel still had a finger marks all over it .a complete waste of a lot of money not to mention I tipped $8 as well , I am in the customer service industry and I have no problem paying for a service however when money is being charged for an extra service that isn't even close to being done properly is poor customer service
