GREAT, FANTASTIC PLACE. Just picked up my leased 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Went in for an oil change and asked politely if they could also re-attach the passenger side fender skirting which another driver had destroyed by running over a couple of curbs and concrete stoppers. I had not made an appointment, and they had no problem whatsoever in taking that on, even though it is outside the norm for most auto repair places. Everyone at the shop is courteous, professional and extremely competent in what they do. They even checked my cabin filter even though I had not requested that, and found a rat - yes, you read that correctly - a rat had decided to nest there. They cleaned that up and gave me a tip on how to keep them out (moth ball with cinnamon oil in the glove box for a while - drives them loco). When I went to pick up the vehicle I was anticipating a bill of a couple hundred dollars, which I would gladly have paid - and it was well under a hundred. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Joe's Auto and everyone working there. Recently purchased a 1999 Lexus RX300, and told them I would be bringing it to THEM for any and all servicing in the future. Call them for directions if you are unsure how to get there...the location is tucked away in an industrial area off the Bell / Grand interchange.
