Stop. Don't go to Living Spaces. I know you're thinking about it. It's clean, it's friendly, the furniture seems nice. Don't do it. If you want a floor model that you can take home that day, you might be in the clear. I don't know. But heed the warning from myself and other reviewers and DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER.
I was told my couches would be here in 3 weeks. Three weeks to the day after I placed my order, I get a call saying my fabric is now on backorder (despite that I specifically checked before purchasing and it was NOT backordered at time of purchase) and my couch won't be available for at least another month.
I then embarked upon an absolute maze of customer service calls with friendly and yet utterly powerless customer service representatives all saying the same canned lines. Want to speak to a manager who actually has power to talk about solutions? Get in line. You can get a call back within a 72-hour window. A 72-HOUR WINDOW. Mind you, I placed this call during the week during business hours, and I have to wait three days to get a call back? Unbelievably frustrating. Seriously, just go somewhere else. I should have listened to other reviewers.
