Have been here many times and it is usually very good. It has a New York feel but sometimes some of the staff have a New York attitude which is not acceptable in Las Vegas. This time I went with some friends and ordered a chicken salad sandwich and found it to be tasteless. They do have great bagels which I buy and bring home. They are so thick I cut them in thirds, two ends and a middle and freeze them. This way if I want a sandwich I use the two ends and if I just want bagel with eggs, etc I toast the middle. They do have the best chicken matzoh ball and noodle soup. Often I buy something from the bakery for my husband and they are all good. He likes the muffins and I like the vanilla crumb cake.
