  • From the moment I walk into the door to the time I leave, EVERYONE is super friendly, courteous and professional. My initial buying experience was incredible thanks to Bill Bailey, Travis and Ashley. It was the best buying experience I've ever had buying a car. I was comfortable with the trustworthiness of everyone, rare in today's auto dealership world. My experience with service, parts and my service advisor, have been equally as great. Again, fast, friendly and professional from the moment I enter the service line with my car, to discussing what I am there for to getting into my loaner, to picking up my car. Constant communication, professionalism and friendliness. I can only give everyone my highest praise and sincere thanks for making me a part of the MINI family, especially MINI North Scottsdale!
