I've had a bad experience with Totem appliance as well. I purchased a Frigidaire fridge through The Brick, and this is Frigidaire's appointed technician. I've already had a Totem tech out twice to my home (with the 9-5 window so I had to do both appointments on my day off). The last time the tech was out, he didn't even wait to see if the part was working again, and left my house quickly. The issue remains unfixed, and I had booked them to come on another day I took off. Rather than calling me a day before, the tech calls me the morning of my appointment, and lets me know the parts are not in. They really do not respect clients' time and the fact that people cannot be home at any given time. What a nightmare!
