  • Worst service and obnoxious responses. Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen after just buying these devices from store. They then say please check back after an hour for update then give me option to buy business service to be seen right away. This is a racket. I wonder how many people pay for the service just to make sure they can be seen right away on devices they bought and need fixed. #noresponsibiltyforbadservice
