  • Buyers beware! I had my car examined at a VW dealership and was told I only needed a battery so I drove my car to Pep Boys for a new battery. The service was taking longer than I expected so I asked the manager what going on with my car? They had my car suspiciously parked on the side of their business outside the dock. While I was driving home the battery light came on so I stopped my car to examine it and discovered my radiator belt was cut. I called Pep Boys back and they told me I needed a new radiator which is a very expensive part. I told them that I had my car thoroughly check out by the dealership and that someone cut my radiator belt in order to get me to buy the expensive radiator part. Stay away!
