  • This location has the worst customer service of any Jo-Fabrics. I typically drive the further distance to go the the MUCH better Gilbert location. One again, I was in the area so thought I would stop in this location, NEVER AGAIN. The staff has no idea about their merchandise and is very unfriendly. I walked out in complete disgust.
