  • Farm fresh bread in the Mile End. Wonderful. They grind all their own organic/biologique flour/farine on premises within 24 hours of baking. A lot of non-wheat options like corn, spelt, kamut, etc. Many have no added sugar. ***TIP 1 Say oui to tranchée. Some of these breads can be difficult to slice, but their mechanical slicer does a perfect job.*** ***TIP 2 Rye/Siegle bread is available on Friday only.*** Rating Scale: 1 Star: Avoid the town in which this place is located just to be safe. 2 Star: With so many great places to choose from, why risk this one? 3 Star: I'll try it again or consume here in a pinch. 4 Star: I go here regularly if financially and/or calorically feasible. 5 Star: I look forward to taking my wife or friends here.
