  • Having a wrecked car is stressful enough. Steve knows that and will take care of you. He drove me to pick up my rental, he called with updates on the car and kept me informed every step of the way. He handled my insurance and he even knew my adjustor. He answers your calls everytime personally and calls you back immediately if he misses your call. I like that you go to his office and not the actually body shop and the best part was NO RUN AROUND. he lets you know upfront exactly what to expect. A big taboo in the car industry of any type is if you go in, being a woman, that you will get swindled or they'll treat you like you don't know anything and take advantage of that. Not here. I 100% recommend Steve for all your cars body work. I just hope I never have to use it again! But if I do.....this is the place.
