  • Lack of Customer Service alone should scare You Away. Total misrepresentation. I had an appointment. Sat at the counter being ignored, while a walk up customer was helped first! Told My 12:30 p.m. appointment would be ready at 6:30 p.m.? How is it, at the time appointment was made, Was told by staff, "Appraisal while u wait". Tried to tell me upon appointment arrival, my wedding set would count as 2 appraisals, with of course the additional $80 charge. What a Joke!! If you love jewelry, Stay away!!!
