  • I would give 0 stars if possible!!!! I am very upset with the customer service I received. I had originally gone to the facility and got diagnosed with the flu . My first visit went fantastic and was able to be out the door within an hour with a prescription and everything including a work note for two days. Unfortunately my immune system took a little bit longer than others to get better , the next day I was still puking and unable to eat and knew it was not safe for me to drive 15+ miles to work in such conditions the next day so I called in and ask if it was possible to get a additional work now for another day I was told it would be no problem especially considering that I have the flu all I had to do was go in and get it printed out . Unfortunately I was still in no condition to drive anywhere so I waited till I was able to gain a bit more energy and go down to pick up my Doctors note . When I showed up to the facility on there was no one at the counter . I had to wait 10 minutes till I decided to finally go into the back and find help . After 15 minutes I was finally able to get my doctors note only to find out that it was incorrect , and the lady at the front desk ( who had no name tag ) had also forgot to return my ID. So I returned inside and politely explained the mistake and she then walked into the back to speak with someone, she then returned and said I was not able to get the correct paper because it was case by case and the lady working today just didn't feel like it , even though I had already called off work due to being told that I was able to get a doctors note . As professionals and especially doctors I would believe that they would not only standby their word but understand that for my safety and well-being there was no possible way that someone with the flu should go back to work in A environment where I could give my sickness to dozens of others. Worst customer service I will make sure I never go there ever again !!! Save your money and time and go anywhere else but this place !!!!
