  • Although we weren't seen at this practice, I just wanted to leave a review for Jessica. Our 3 year old son fractured his arm and we were having issues with the hospital and which doctor our son was supposed to follow up with. She was incredibly professional, but also personable. She treated me as though I mattered and had such amazing customer service skills. She returned my call to give me further details as promised, but the pediatric surgeon our son was supposed to see...finally gave us our appt. I apologized for wasting her time...
