  • I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning. I was quickly and pleasantly greeted and walked to the waiting room. There were 2 people ahead of me so I had a few minute to observe them interacting with other customers. Friendly, pleasant, and NO PUSHY UPSELLS! My car was handled quickly and I was out with no fuss and a courtesy explanation about their fluid top off service - which was great of them to mention since the holidays are approaching and people often have long distance driving to do that time of year.
