  • This review is actually about the LONDON,Ontario location! So as you all may or may not know Titika is finnicky about returns full stop. So i got a promotion from Titika to use on full price clothing which i went ahead and used. Unfortunately none of the items were suitable due to sizing, fit and pattern of one of the leggings. My promotion said NOTHING about being final sale as they usually do on the invoice slip ( i purchased online.) Went into store within a week of them arriving,these items being brand new with tags attached and even in the plastic packaging they arrived with as i never even tried on one of them. So one person with her evidently fake friendliness was happy like a whore in heat to run me down trying to desperately sell something instead of just doing my return. I didn't mind because if i had seen something suitable i would have gone ahead. After deciding i didn't want anything,her attitude did a full 180 degree turn to the complete opposite,which i'd say is her true nature...........BIATCH to the max! She even tried to BULLY me into saying i couldn't return my items and there was a mistake on the online bill!!! Seriously???!!!!! Titika's so called mistake becomes my problem?! Anyone who knows me knows i don't take bullying lightly...................and i am not a dumba** illiterate either! Having bought many items in the past and been already burned by their return policy i had done my homework prior to purchasing. So of course she had to refund me there and then for the entire order but i just had to leave a review to let everyone know how some of the staff go OUT OF THEIR WAY to NOT refund you. Even when you have the right to a refund. BEWARE buyers! Don't say you haven't been warned
