| - Support the locals as it says on their entrance!
One of the owners Mike I have to say is a very personable guy! He's here all the time and you can't miss him he's very approachable and nice!
Food - My fiancé and I got fried chicken cutlet and hanger steak.
Though the hanger steak was good, nice and tender.
The real wow factor or "pop" was the fried chicken cutlet with pimento cheese and bacon.
I mean what else can I say, as long as it was fried crispy as it was, top it with pimento cheese and bacon and it's money!! Their side dishes with the collards were good!
Fried pickles was good but a little greasy.
Dessert- peanut butter pie was MONEY as well, wow that w
Atmosphere- love the brick walls and the outside patio!
Lots of potentials for the outside patio with a great view of the skyscraper building.
Great local painting up for sale as well!
One thing would be the bar, not having a draught system. However they do carry a lot of cold craft and local bottles.
Hope to be back and again be sure to say hi to Mike, he's a cool guy!
**UPDATE**
Wanted come back and update the catering side of Savor.
Of course Mike and his staff completely toke care of us during our event.
We had our rehearsal dinner and through the whole process and before even before the event, Mike worked with us through it all!
We had a set menu, he made it special and customized to a our rehearsal dinner.
We had three options of entrees: Fried chicken cutlet, shrimp and grits, and the hanger steak.
We LITERALLY had our whole attendees debating on what was better equally between all three.
We had a few, such as myself and now wife order one of everything cause it was that good!
Would have had Savor do our wedding or heck there is also anniversaries!!
5 star all day and highly recommend anyone to give Savor a shot catering any of your events!
I want to thank Mike and his staff again and can't wait to come back!!!
