  • The place was pretty nice, but the staff were unprofessional and unorganized. To start off I think there is a health code violation when there is rust on the chair you lie on. Second, when it comes to the actual exercising part of the physical therapy, there is little order. Yes they will have you doing the same thing everyday, but when given instructions on how many to do, they are very inconsistent. I felt like the staff didn't care enough to tell me, if I was doing it wrong. The staff seemed like they would rather sit and do nothing than help with the exercise portion of the therapy. The actual physical therapist, seems to be a very sketchy guy. He does not talk to you very much, and I question the information he told me. I asked if i should see a doctor about worsening headaches at the sight of my injury, and he told me that the headaches should go away within 3 days, which they didn't. The last straw for me was when they scheduled me when they were closed. They didn't even mention to me that they would be closing early, when I said the people: "see you tomorrow." I showed up to find out that they had closed an hour earlier. This place is a joke. I am glad I stopped going, and that I only lost 4 hours to this b.s place.
