  • Lived here for over a month now. Goods- Bathroom has skylight vent. I feel sort of good homely vibes as I enter my apartment. Never experienced this at any other places. Closed garage. Large living room space. Bads- Stacked washer/dryer is very small. Old appliances everywhere = more $$$ on electricity. Water leak marks on the roof. Master bedroom is kinda small. Tiny bathrooms. AC (very old) is loud as hell. Makes a big noise while auto turnoff. Never had an issue though..so wouldn't comment on management. Swimming pool is way too small and no hot tub.
